Partial: it exists, but not complete
Online presenceIt works but it is hidden from the menu by product decision. Social connections are declared — manual entry, no real OAuth — and the OTA sync marks status but does not publish.
Google BusinessThe listing is editable and can be marked as published in the model, but there is no Google API connected: today it is copied to the destination by hand.
Competitor ratesCompetitor discovery is automatic; external rates are entered by hand. Ready for Lighthouse, RateGain, PriceLabs and KeyData, not connected.
Contracts and AI creditsThe plan defines which products each company has, and AI credits are measured and reported, but they do not block access or enforce a quota yet.
BillingThe capability to manage billing exists and the plan lives on the company, but there is no billing system connected.
Does not exist yet
Channel managerThere is no inventory or rate integration with OTAs. All there is, is an event log recording every relevant booking change — created, confirmed, assigned, moved, check-in, check-out, cancelled, no-show — meant to feed that integration when it exists. Today it is a file for replay and diagnosis, not a connection.
Payment gatewayNothing is charged online. The company model has the payments flag, but there is no gateway: payment happens at check-in, in person, with the exchange rate frozen at that moment.
