Search
The entry search: fields, labels and what gets asked first.
Booking engine
Search, results, detail, services, guest data and confirmation. It is your engine, with your brand, with no commission per booking and with a calendar that tells the guest what they need in order to decide.
Minimum 2 nights to check in on the 14th
Informative calendar
The usual calendar asks for two dates and that is it. The engine's shows, day by day and according to what you enable, everything the person was about to ask over WhatsApp before booking.

Engine Studio
Every screen of the flow has its configuration block, with its texts, its labels and its styles. Changes apply to the engine without republishing the site.
The entry search: fields, labels and what gets asked first.
The master toggle and what the guest sees per day: prices, units, flags and hints.
How adults, children and infants are asked for. Infants count for neither capacity nor price.
How available categories are presented and what information goes with each one.
The category or unit record, with photos, amenities and description.
The extras offered before paying, with their time window and minimum notice.
The final form: which data is asked for and with what legal text.
What the guest sees at the end, which is where it is decided whether they write to you again.
Agentic layer
With the agentic layer on, the engine publishes its inventory in formats meant for language models, not just browsers. It is an explicit product bet on generative search.

Including searches **with no availability**, which are the most valuable: they feed the RMS demand index and the conversion funnel.
Where the link goes
The engine is a surface, not a page. It goes embedded in the site you build with the builder, as its own page, or as the main button of your LinkHub: the link-in-bio page you put on Instagram, with its downloadable QR.

Yes, from the Engine Studio and without touching code or republishing the site. There are seven configurable blocks: search, calendar, guests, listing, detail, services, checkout and success screen, each with its texts, labels and styles.
You choose. In one mode the booking is born pending and the guest confirms it with a tokenised link that arrives by email. In the other, it stays pending until the front desk accepts it. In both, pending bookings expire on their own after the time you configure, so you are not left with nights blocked by someone who never came back.
No. Every guest email leaves from bookfer's domain, with the property's inbox as reply-to. It is a deliberate decision: configuring SMTP per hotel is one of the classic frictions of setting up a PMS and here it simply does not exist.
You load the rooms and the engine is live with availability initialised. The site and LinkHub come later, whenever you want.
01You load categories, units and prices.
