Why it can do more here
An assistant tied to a single product can answer about that product. Since the data here is one, a single sentence crosses things that in another stack are three tabs and two exports.
Superior Double · suggested rate
It explains the missing permission, it does not tell you the feature does not exist. There are explicit denial codes — insufficient role, missing capability, no active workspace, insufficient app access, property out of scope, password change required, among others — and the assistant translates which one it was. The difference matters: “you do not have permission” is solved by talking to your admin, “it does not exist” sends you looking for another system.
It has no access of its own at all. When it executes something it does so impersonating your real identity, with a short-lived permission reissued on every call. If your membership is revoked mid-conversation, the next operation fails and the assistant explains it. There is no service account with superpowers behind it.
You can see it. Every turn shows the transcript: which tool it used, with what parameters and what came back. And answers are not just text: they come back as booking or revenue cards with buttons that execute, subject to the same permission check as everything else.
